Financing
Contract Financing is designed to help small and middle-market contractors successfully complete their contracts on budget.
Contract Financing gives contractors confidence that they will
have enough funds to cover their costs for supplies and equipment
on a job through to the end of the project. This facility
includes funds for mobilization as well as progress payments and
is very competitively priced.
Eligibility
Any small or middle-market contractor that has been pre-qualified
by an acceptable sub-contractor assessment process e.g. Subguard
or equivalent process.
Approved contractors can receive financing advancements up to $1,000,000
and on a case-by-case basis up to a $2,000,000.
Repayment of the advance doesn’t have to come until your
invoice is paid by the prime or owner.
Public and private construction jobs qualify.
How It Works
A contractor provides evidence of pre-qualification by an
approved or approvable process.
Once a contract is awarded, the pre-qualified contractor immediately
becomes eligible for the contract financing advancement.
At the signing of the contract, the contractor is eligible for
contract mobilization funding, up to 10% of the contract amount,
with a ceiling of $1,000,000 and 80% invoice financing.
All funds are disbursed by a Third Party Administrator (Funds Control).
The maximum amount of funds advanced at any time is no greater
than 40% of the total contract amount.
